This Privacy Policy explains how Greenbizz Studio ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Sketchbook & Paint Pad Studio app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows (the "App") and this website.
1. Your artwork stays with you
Your drawings, sketches and projects are created and stored on your own device. We do not upload your artwork to our servers and we do not claim any rights to it.
2. Information we may collect
- Email address (optional): If you choose to enter your email address in the App, we use it only to contact you about your account, updates or support. You can skip this step.
- Purchase information: Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Microsoft (Microsoft Store). We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive confirmation of your purchase status so we can unlock Pro features.
- Messages you send us: If you email us for support, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- Diagnostics and usage (if enabled): The App or the stores may provide us with anonymous crash reports and basic usage statistics to help us fix problems and improve the App. This information is not used to identify you personally.
3. AI Creative Studio
When you use AI Creative Studio features (such as color palette ideas, art advisor and prompt ideas), the text or request you enter may be sent to a third-party AI service to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into these features.
4. How we use information
- To provide and maintain the App and unlock Pro features you purchased
- To respond to your support requests
- To provide AI Creative Studio responses when you use those features
- To improve the performance and quality of the App
- To send important updates about the App, if you gave us your email
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not show ads in the App.
5. Sharing of information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App (for example Apple, Microsoft, and AI or analytics providers described above), or when required by law. These providers may only use the information to provide services to us.
6. Data retention and deletion
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your email address or other information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the address below. Artwork stored on your device can be deleted by you inside the App or by uninstalling it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's privacy
The App is a general audience drawing app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
