Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of the Sketchbook & Paint Pad Studio app on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Windows (the "App") and this website, provided by Greenbizz Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

Apple devices: If you download the App from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the App. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA controls for your use on Apple devices.

Windows: If you download the App from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store terms of use also apply.

2. Free features and Pro

Core drawing tools are available free. Additional features (such as the full brush library, symmetry tools, advanced color layers and Pro Export Hub) require a paid Pro plan.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Plans: Pro is offered as a monthly subscription ($4.99 per month), a yearly subscription ($24.99 per year) and a one-time Lifetime purchase ($39.99). Prices may vary by country and may change.
Auto-renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: On Apple devices, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. On Windows, payment is handled by the Microsoft Store.
Managing or canceling: You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Apple devices) or your Microsoft account subscription settings (Windows). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, and you will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Lifetime: The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple or Microsoft, so refund requests are handled under their policies.
Restore purchases: You can restore previous purchases using the Restore Purchases option in the App.

4. Your content

You own the artwork you create with the App. We do not claim ownership of it. You are responsible for your content and for making sure it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or distribute the App, to use it for any unlawful purpose, or to interfere with its normal operation.

6. AI features

AI Creative Studio provides suggestions such as palettes, advice and prompt ideas. These suggestions are for inspiration only and may not always be accurate or suitable. Please review them before relying on them.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error free. Please keep backups of your important artwork.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Greenbizz Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or artwork, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and canceling any active subscription.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Greenbizz Studio is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
